With a career in hospitality that began in 1995 at one of the most respected hospitality schools in France, I have dedicated more than three decades to the pursuit of culinary excellence and luxury service.
Over the years, my professional journey has taken me from renowned restaurants and prestigious establishments to luxury villas, chalets, private residences and yachts across the world. In addition to my work as a Private Chef and Butler, I successfully owned and managed my own catering company in Ibiza for 13 years, delivering bespoke dining experiences for private clients, weddings, corporate events and exclusive celebrations.
This unique combination of culinary expertise, hospitality management and hands-on service allows me to offer far more than exceptional cuisine. I understand the importance of discretion, anticipation, organisation and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of a guest's experience is handled with professionalism and care.
Whether preparing an intimate family breakfast, overseeing a luxury villa operation, managing household staff, or creating memorable dining experiences, my goal remains the same: to provide seamless hospitality and create unforgettable moments for my clients and their guests.

For more than 30 years, my career as a Private Chef and Butler has taken me to some of the world's most prestigious destinations, including Florida, Nantucket, the Bahamas, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, Capri, Saint-Tropez, Courchevel, Monaco, Ibiza and Marbella. These international experiences have allowed me to discover diverse cuisines, cultures and luxury service styles, enriching my expertise and shaping the personalised hospitality approach I offer today.
