My international career as a Private Chef and Butler has given me the privilege of working in some of the world’s most exclusive destinations. Through assignments aboard luxury yachts and within prestigious villas, chalets, and private estates, I have travelled extensively across Florida, Nantucket, the Bahamas, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, Capri, Positano, Porto Cervo, Saint-Tropez, Courchevel, Monaco, Ibiza, Marbella, and many other remarkable locations.

These experiences have allowed me to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and high-net-worth families from around the world, each with their own expectations, traditions, and lifestyle preferences. Along the way, I have developed a deep appreciation for international cuisines and service styles, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean, Italian, French, Asian, Thai, Japanese, Mexican, and contemporary fusion gastronomy.

Beyond cuisine, these international experiences have strengthened my understanding of luxury hospitality, household management, and personalised service. Adapting to different cultures, environments, and client expectations has taught me the importance of flexibility, discretion, anticipation, and attention to detail at the highest level.

Today, this global perspective allows me to create bespoke culinary experiences tailored to each client while delivering the refined level of service expected in the world’s most prestigious villas, chalets, yachts, and private residences. My goal is always to combine exceptional cuisine with seamless hospitality, ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience wherever in the world they may be.
